Other Information: This is a full hookup campsite including septic as well as water and 30/50 amp and 110 volt hookups. This site is large enough for a Class A motor home pulling a 16 foot trailer.

Campsite Acceptable Use Policy

    1. Campsites must be reserved AT LEAST one week (7 days in advance)
    2. Reservation fees are REFUNDABLE under special circumstances at the discresion of management. Please be sure you can take advantage of your site BEFORE you reserve it.
    3. If you find you are unable to use your site, we encourage you to let a friend or family member use the site. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible at (580)824-3681 to change the name on the reservation.
    4. We cannot be held responsible for weather or other acts of God that may prevent you from using your reserved site. Refunds and "rain-checks" are not available under any circumstance.
    5. In the event a site becomes unusable due to damage, we will attempt to accomodate you in another site with similar provisions as is feasable. If this is not possible, you will be offered a campsite that has not been reserved that is as close to the original site as possible. This may mean reservations for modern sites may end up in a primitive site, in which case a portion of your fee will be refunded. If no sites are available for use, we will refund your payment, at which time you may choose to use the state campgrounds, if any are available.
    6. By reserving a campsite you agree that you are camping at your own risk. We will not be help responsible or liable for theft, damage, misplacement, or any other adverse action that resulted from your use of this site. We remind everyone to make sure to use a surge protector when possible on electrical hookups, lock all cars, trucks, RV's and ATV's whenever possible. Do not leave expensive items such as helmets, boots, wallets, watches, money, or other items of value out where they may be stolen.
    7. While we make every effort to ensure that all sites are in good conditions, we cannot guarantee the condition of any site to carry any specific loads. As with any outdoor camping situation, Setting up camp in any of our sites is done at your own risk. Please be sure you understand the capabilities of your RV and know how to level it BEFORE arriving. Due to the natural properties of the sand in our campsites, we cannot guarantee the stability of the ground, please inspect the site prior to setting camp.
    8. Campsite are rented from 5:00pm on the day PRIOR TO the first night through 5:00pm on the day AFTER the last night. Guests arriving prior to 5:00pm the day before their fist reserved night will be asked to park in DAY PARKING supplied by the state until AFTER 5:00pm if another group is occupying the campsite. If the campsite is clear, guests are welcome to set up early.
    9. Water and power are supplied to guests in designated camping spots ONLY. power and water cannot be shared with non-equipped sites. guests that attempt use power and water from sites that they have NOT reserved will be charged the rate of the site they use facilities from.
    10. Campsite checkout time is 5:00pm the day AFTER your last night in order to give guests time to break camp and possibly ride that day. Guests that stay in a site later than checkout time will be charged an additional day. Please keep in mind that most of these sites are regularly reserved. Please be courteous and break camp in time to be out of the site.
    11. Additional days may be purchased ONLY IF the site is not reserved for those days to which guests are wishing to extend their stay.
    12. We pride ourselves on having clean, well equipped camping sites (both primitave and modern). However, it is the guests responsobility to pick up their site on the last day. Please help us keep your costs down. Failure to clean your campsite after your stay will result in a $50 charge, which may automatically be billed to your credit card.
    13. Campfires: All state issued fire warnings apply to our campsites. This includes the no Open Fires on Red Flag Fire Alert Days (Barbecue GAS grills are allowed at all times). All fires are to be kept at a reasonable size so as not to be a nuisance to other campers. Campers not heeding burn bans will have fires extinguished and camping permits revoked for the remainder of the stay with NO REFUND. The Burning of noxious fume-emitting items such as Large plastic bottles, garbage, Magnesium engine cases etc is STICTLY FORBIDDEN.
